Gaming anyway for a banned switch to access MHGU DLC content?

My Switch is perma-banned and all the DLC contents for Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate are on the Capcom server which requires access to the internet to download them. I tried but I just get the "internet function restricted by Nintendo" message...sigh...

I read that some banned people were nevertheless able to download the DLCs. Does anyone know how it was managed? Appreciate all help!
