Is it 100% just like playing online with a standard retail cartridge, or do I need to set features up a certain way to avoid updating my 3DS or something? Any risk of being banned from online game services playing ROMs online? Are there any incompatible games atm?
One thing you should know is that asking about the risk of banning is like asking for the winning lottery ticket numbers. Nobody can know.
