no, you must downgrade to do so, either with a hardmod or a dsiware downgrade which evolves another hacked 3ds.

Nope, there is no kernel exploit (at this time.) iirc. Sorry, just have to wait.
Or you can downgrade

There are currently no public Arm11 Kernel exploits for FW 11.0 which would allow you to install legit cia "backups".
