Try posting on a forum that is not deliberately banning people for requesting rom links, I've heard they have all the rom links you can shake a stick at. Cmon now guys. Help him out. He obviously found the ROM in .RAR and .ZIP or maybe even .7z format. Those are older versions of the ROM. He's just looking for the latest NDS format release. Not the demo RAR, ZIP or 7z ones.

No, I was nice to him with the last stupid question he asked when everyone else was making fun of him, but the gratuitous language and inability to Number 1 - Use Google and No. 2 Read the rules, is just staggering. I hope he gets banned for a bit just so that he'll learn to read the rules to a forum and to use google for two damn seconds before coming on here. I'm not being nasty, I'm just being truthful, it will help him out in the end.
