The fact that they have to say "100% genuine" sets something off..
I haven't heard about that buyer before, either.

You might not want to buy an acekard for the 3DS though... The 3DS update made the card dead. (For updated 3DS systems at least)

Looks fine to me, but yeah the AK2i's been really slow in updating lately (like, a month slow, seriously), I'd recommend another cart.

Wow you guys have been great, thought board would be really slow. I've updated my 3DS unfortunately. What would you recommend and from what buyer? I used to use the original R4 on my DSL but those are no longer with me. (A friend forgot it in a desk after a class >_

The original R4 doesn't work on anything past the DS/Lite anyways.

The DSTwo or the R4i Gold (from R4iDS.CN, be very careful with the URL).

if you're into all the extra things, and slightly compatible GBA emulation, then a DSTWO would be the way to go if you got the cash. if you're just looking for basic homebrew and rom playing, a R4i Gold 3DS cart would be the best, especially since nintendo hasn't blocked it, at least mine works with the latest update. plus it's on the cheaper side of the price range.

since NDS-Card is back, I would recommend getting your choice from there, as it helps GBATemp. but I'll also give you the link to the one I bought.

http://www.nds-card....w.asp?ProID=149 you have to make sure that the R4i Gold 3DS cart you get is by the r4ids.cn team/brand. it has official wood firmware support, and well it's just awesome.

here is the one/place I bought.

I bought my micro SD from amazon 8GB for 4$ with free shipping. but you might want to choose an option that includes one witht the cart. hope this helps.
