Anyways, there is a piece of software called UgoPC that basically is Flipnote Studio (DSi) for PC. It is Japanese and was originally hosted by a page on Japanese Hatena called UgoChara. Now, the link has been removed due to abuse by Japanese people. I was wondering if someone has this software or a link to it. DM me if you do! Thanks.
