GCN Anyone have the Viper GC Extreme install diagram/instructions?

I'm repairing an old Viper GC-modded gamecube that belongs to my cousin, who just recently foudn the chip itself. Problem is, a few wires became detached and I have no clue where they go back. I searched for ages to find any instructions to no prevail. Anyone happen to have them?
