Hacking Anyone has tried TinyFormat?

I have a N3DSXL and i cant format with the official system settings format (because and im banned), im asking if the users of gbatemp have tried TinyFormat app, and how it works, its a factory reset just like system settings format?

TinyFormat does do a system format, but without formatting the SD card contents. Should also note it formats whatever NAND you're using it on; if it's installed on sysNAND and you use it on sysNAND, it'll format sysNAND, and if it's installed on emuNAND and you use it on emuNAND, it'll format emuNAND.
