Anyone feel that quake?

we were in class
and they made us go outside
and stay there in case of aftershocks
there was this paranoid lady who was like
"STAY AWAY FROM THE BUILDING #€@%#@!"
and we were like 50 feet away..
anyway. i heard it was 5.8 (in chino hills)
im glad there were no serious injuries and damage done

Was this today?! Because I just got back home from LA/San Diego at 12 last night.

Yeah. Not even an hour ago. It was a 5.8 scale earthquake. Like I said it killed my family....

Considering GBAtemp is an international site, some lurkers might have actually lost some family from the earthquakes that did kill many families in China. So please, it's not funny.

Anyways, hope everyone who got hit is okay.

First they said it was 5.6, then 5.8, now 5.4.

I was dreaming about it but then my grandma woke me up and put on the tv. It was the exact same thing.

I was visiting my girl in the bronx when it happened, seeing billowing black clouds on the horizon was so crazy. we went up to the roof to see it. what was even crazier was the amount of scrambled jets that flew over about an hour after.

I wish I remember what happened in my dream. I just remember dreaming about it, it woke me up. (and knocked over my fan) then I went to my computer to see what magnitude it was (my eyes hurt from the light of my monitor, I remember that.)

then I fell on my bed and went back to sleep x.x;
