Hardware Any Wii modder here?

Hello. So I finally got my Wii drive replaced. Unfortunately, the person I know doesn't have anymore time to reinstall my old Wiikey into the new drive, so I was wondering if there's anyone here who can solder chips to consoles, so I can send via mail. If there's one living in Naples FL, much better.

There may be such people here, not me, but you can pretty much do all the stuff you could with a modchip now with a softmod and much more ... and you could do it yourself.

EDIT : ModMii for windows would be a good place to start. Once your done, you install DarkCorp and you're done

As this guy said. I'd also say if you decide to get a softmod together if I recall the name banner bomb. It required no game what so ever and if I remember supports the latest wii firmware

A set of mods that allows you to run backup discs from the default discs channel on the main Wii menu.

Apparently it does some unsafe mods and is incompatible with other things and lacks features that other loaders have (cheats, video patching?), which is why it's not suggested.

Oh, sorry, so
you can look on youtube videos to install yourself or you can send somewhere to do that, i think any people with some experience managing hardware can install without problems.

Sorry for the thread-bump if this matter is already resolved, but there should be a number of people from the ModRetro forums that have Wiikey experience that I'm sure you could commission.
