They literally released a video this Saturday showing the Switch lite being hacked, it's still on the frontpage news.

1. As people have mentioned already, there is a video here.
2. We don't know how long it will be before it is released. It could be months.
3. This will likely require both disassembly of the Switch and the purchase of specialized hardware.

This has nothing to do with TX themselves, only someone who was selling their stuff.

Oh ok i was thinking that it had to do with TX directly as they were ordered to destroy all modding hardware and with the TX site down currently figured it was TX directly.

That news article is either misleading or horribly written.
