Hacking Any unplayable GBA games with SuperCard SD?

I'm mostly going to use it for GBA RPGs so the slowdowns won't be a real pain, but are there any games that flat-out won't work?
Also, exactly how does saving work with them?

the m3 pro isn't supposed to be used for gba playback.

I really barely have the cash for the SuperCard, so for the time being an EZ-IV is out of the question. I dunno, though, I want to just buy an EFA, but 64MB of storage is going to frustrate me real quick-like.
