Hacking any tools to filter roms?

Trying to filter out the j and usa roms froma list easy aswell as unarchive them/trip if possible.

I am afraid I do not know what came of such functionality in the likes of Rominator and though I would not suggest it (primarily as the trimming was old style) I reckon you could punch a combination of offline list and some plugins for it into doing what you want.

Looking at the other main tools for such things (rtoolds- http://www.advanscene.com/phpbb2/viewforum.php?f=13 and ndscrc- http://www.advanscene.com/phpbb2/viewforum.php?f=10 ) such an act is not a direct feature but if you can not the filters and such to do what you want then that would be quite shocking.

it might be easier to find a .dat that already collects just the US roms, for example, and then to run it against your full collection.
