I got ikaruga already looking for more shumps on the pc any recommendations would be helpful

Try Cho Ren Sha 68K, it has got all that shmups fans could love - fast paced action, great enemies and powerup system, and of course lots of bullets in thd air (and it's free).

Raptor: Call of the Shadows - it's old game, but was re-released in 2010 and 2015.

Tyrian 2000 - another classic.

Jamestown is pretty great, the Touhou games are good too.
