Hacking Any ps3 hacks?

Geohot (The guy who hacked the iPhone first) got an exploit running on the Phat PS3's only, not slim. To my knowledge, the slim was never able to run other Operating systems such a linux. Also, he did release his exploit to the public.

So, odds are when the Ps3 does get hacked, it will be phat only for a while. It's nice to see some progression though.

Supposedly, it is already "hacked." He did release an exploit, but no one(not even he) can do anything with it. He's said he's done stuff with the XMB and created his own CFW, yet no one else has been able to do(or even see) anything. There is the possibility he has something, but as soon as he said he had a workaround for keeping the OtherOS, he was as quick to make an excuse to drop it.

I'll say this though: the iPhone is NOT the PS3.

No more hacks as of yet. There was a MW2 10th prestige hack, and one that would let you get other OS back, even if Sony banned it.
