Hacking any programs like Wii Update Manager (WUM)?

I looked on the net but couldn't find a good program that does the job like WUM.
WUM shows the region of a Wii ISO, any update it may have and it's a very simple program.

I'm actually looking for a program that can tell me what region a Wii ISO is and whether the ISO has an update in it and the update's version.

MMM short for MultiModManager has info about your wii, you can install other IOS options of the latest and previous IOS (also can be used to install the korean IOS ninty added to all consoles) This is considered to be one of the best WAD managers; a swiss-army knife to be correctly explained

First i like to not you can grab this file off ModMii which a quick forum search will find this.
