Hacking Any issues softmodding with a D2CKey?

I had a D2CKey installed years ago and it has performed well, no issues to speak of. I want to go with a USB loader (why handle the discs at all, right?) I have never updated the firmware for the chip, and can find no support for it now. Anyone know of any issues softmodding a Wii with the D2CKey?

Also, any issues with an original WiiKey? My friend has one and might be interested in softmodding too.

You won't have any problem with a WiiKey. I don't have a D2CKey but I'm pretty sure you won't have any problem either.
