Cool, I will also check out Razec repair shop. Thank you for the information! The guy I was referring to is Robert and he works at Exceline located in Shoppesville Plus near the 3rd floor at Greenhills.

I know an excellent repair tech at Greenhills in San Juan who can hardmod your 2DS. He has done a few 3ds hardmods for me. I will PM you his contact details because I'm not sure it is allowed to be posted here.
thanks for reffering sir :)

Go to Greenhills, look for Razec repair shop. It is the small nook shop next to the escalator on the 2nd floor, 1st floor has Mercury drug. Look for Mike or Robert. This I guarantee.

Heh, I'm just around the corner, so I might go get it done this weekend. Any idea how much they charge?

@Nirmonculus Yes, I probably was the one Robert was talking about. LOL. I think I paid 1,000 pesos for the hardmod on my 3DS. His prices may have changed/I could be wrong so I would confirm with him. I have seen ads for unbricking on OLX, but I have never used their services. Good luck!!

Probably around P1000. That's usually how much they charge. Nintendo3dsxlfan is right, the prices may have changed but if they did, it probably would be very little difference.
Mike is at Razec shop and Robert is at Excelline.
Mike is a DS and 3ds specialist in that area. He is my go to guy when it comes to hacking consoles and repairing them because he has a shop, that's not just a table or a booth on the side. He's been there for years. You'll always know where to find him unlike the others that rotates their booth or table each month. He is always at that location. XD
Robert has a shop too and sell some consoles.

Wow that's really cheap. I don't have a need for a hardmod yet, but I may as well get it done before I do need one :P.
Thanks for the info, I'll go check them out.

Just tried both of those places, and neither had any idea what I was talking about :P. I mentioned the names you provided, and both store attendants just looked at me funny. Probably because I'm a white guy haha

so what happend sir?

I first went to Razec and asked the woman attendant if they do 3DS repairs. She called a guy over, and I told him that somebody had referred me to see Mike to do a hard mod/NAND mod, and he said "Sorry, we don't do that". So I moved along to Excelline and asked a guy there if we could speak to Robert about 3DS mods, and they flat out told me they don't do 3DS mods.

They probably call it a different name or call it differently.. and probably didn't understand you. :/
