Homebrew Any 11.3 bundles? What version 2ds mario kart comes on?

Do they make new mario kart bundles with newer versions? I wanna buy one for my sis to a9lh it and it will be a bummer if it comes on 11.3.... its that one-

Short answer is no, I doubt there are any 11.3 2DS on the market right now.

Not even the new Pikachu version has 11.3, and I doubt we'll see any in a few months. Cartridges either.

Systems are made months in advance, shipped from China (which takes like 10 weeks,) and stored in different warehouses for weeks to months until needed. Nintendo would have had to plan 11.3 like 5 months ago to have these systems on 11.3
