You seem to have a lot of bugs and insects come crawling around in your home... You should probably call a professional and get your house checked out for any sort of infestations.

About your 3DS... I never had this kind of thing happened to me before so...

First call an exterminator and blast them all out of your home. Once is funny, twice you may have a serious problem.

Open it up and post pics, should be interesting

You should consider buying some bubblewrap plastic and just wrapping everything important electronic you may have with it while you're not playing (I do the same out of paranoia even though I never had insects inside my videogame stuff). I mostly just cover orifices like air vents and ports on the consoles, and I keep my portables inside hardcases (while also wrapped in a layer of plastic).

Rub your console in cinnamon? Ants hate the stuff and won't cross a barrier made of it. I sprinkle it outside my doorway. It won't kill any ants currently inside your console, but it'll stop more from entering and it's better than dunking your console in vinegar or Terro.

But hey, at least you don't have a mud dauber's nest in your console.

Oh f*ck those are scorpions??

I don't think there are any safe ways to kill them. Your best bet is to open it up and clean em out yourself. I'd use a a mini desk vacuum or something, or just burn it and buy a new one.

Mud daubers are a kind of wasp, but those look more like spiders to me.

Excuse the mario music

Wow. That's a problem you've got there.

In all seriousness though, the only safe way I can suggest would be a full disassembly and a thorough cleaning of at least the bottom half of the housing, although I'm sure ants could easily have made it to the upper half as well. You can clean the housing with ordinary soap and water as long as you're careful not to lose any small parts. It's just plastic, so you can actually completely submerge it in soapy water if you like. It'll activate the liquid sensor, but it's the only way to clean in some of the corners and crevices. Remove every screw and small part beforehand and keep them somewhere safe.

Cleaning some areas of the motherboard with high percentage isopropyl alcohol is fine, too. Gunk tends to accumulate in the cartridge slot, so that's a good place to clean if it looks like there may be dirt accumulation in there.

They paralyze spiders and bring them to their nests though. The premise was that somehow a mud dauber formed a nest in the guy's console, paralyzed a bunch of spiders, and brought those spiders into the nest. Of course, I'm sure the part about finding it inside a Wii U was fictional console wars propaganda to try to discourage people from buying a Nintendo console. It's a thread from /v/, after all.
