So, I already have AVG Internet Security 9.0.829 installed on my computer.

My question is: Can/should I run Malwarebytes with the AVG? Will it conflict with it or will it run smooth?

No. Malwarebytes can be run with another AV, since it not mainly an "Antivirus"
