Has anyone sucessfully gotten any dipstar codes working for Animal Crossing?

I recently downloaded and installed Dipstar 5.12ff (I think is the version) and tried to use some codes I converted from the Codejunkies page. However, none of them work, as in, the game doesn't load. The loader just freezes after the clock completes it's cycle. The codes I've used were:

Max/Infinite Bells
221d891c 0001869f

(originally:
Max/Infinite Bells
021d891c 0001869f)

and then I tried the master code on the site and still no luck. I also noticed, the "dipped" rom will not load on it's own. I don't know if thats normal though this is my first time using Dipstar so I don't know what to expect with it.

Thanks!

Try the steps that I posted in this thread: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=39156

I have, in fact I used it as a guide to get Dipstar onto my G6. =)

However, I noticed when I loaded up Dipstar to edit the codes that were to be assigned to the A button, there was already a ton of hex in there. Not 0's but other values. Is that normal?

I also can't seem to get the codes for FF3 (u) to work... so I'm thinking I'm doing something wrong!

EDIT: What I thought was an issue with codes (with FF3) seems to be something wrong with the 'dipped' rom. Apparently, even without loading codes the game doesn't load. With and without codes I get a white screen.
I'm using codes from :http://www.m3-forum.com/viewtopic.php?t=5580&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0&sid=6ec6a678898f1b90438ee0cd04de8c77 for FF3.

Yes, it's normal. Press L+R to clear a line. Hold L+R for a few seconds to clear everything. I don't think it matters whether or not you clear the lines you don't use.

You MUST link dipstar.ds.gba as described in steps 5 and 12 or dipped roms won't load, even if you haven't put any codes in.

I managed to get FF3's codes to work. I used the txt2dip route. And it works. I haven't tried it with Animal crossing yet. This cheat system seems powerful, but far to flakey. By no means though am I saying it's bad... just that it's troublesome.

To use the Dipstar codes, first you must have a correct MasterCode..and what Mastercode are you using for Animal Crossing..??

The original Code was:
master
00000000 023f0000
00000000 00000001
00000000 00000000
00000000 00000000
00000000 00000000
00000000 023ffe88
00000000 023ff090
00000000 00000000
00000000 00000001

and I modified it to:
@master
20000000 023f0000
20000000 00000001
20000000 00000000
20000000 00000000
20000000 00000000
20000000 023ffe88
20000000 023ff090
20000000 00000000
20000000 00000001

However, I'm not sure if thats correct. I just followed the "Converting AR codes to Dipstar code" guidelines.

I believe those are the MasterCode for the AR only..You can't use or convert AR MasterCode to Dipstar.
