Oh so you can EDIT your town but can SAVE it yet???

That's what i ment. You can edit your town, but not save it yet. And btw, since there is a lot of RAM2Sav hack going on nintendo is probally gonna fix it, so if nintendo release an update for the 3ds, don't update until you know it's safe.

EDIT: Just saw that he added more items, but i haven't checked what yet. I'll tell you when he added the feature to inject the town.

Yes you will be able to do those stuff, and no you won't need jb or anything like that. The only thing you need is WiFi and an SD card for your 3DS.

No not from the 3DS. That would take a long time, and i don't think anyone would try to. The 3DS can only dump the save to the SD card so the computer can use it.

9.5.0-23 patched the browser, and you can read QR codes by pressing L+R from 3DS home menu and then selecting the option on the touchscreen, btw we're going off-topic.
