Is there anyway to swap another character and all his items and house into the mayor position? So far the only way i could see would be to take note of ALL settings for both characters and then just manually change everything. Is there an easier way to do this?

Hi , Look , This is my Problem , I unlocked all the catalog by the catalog button , but I did not like it because it adds illegal items and other debug items , I would like you to add 3 functions

1. a button to add “catalog (Legal)” that adds in a general way, all the items that you can get in a single player game without internet just by going to the store or buying items in the recycle store.

2. A button to delete all the catalog that you have, that in another editor is available and I used it, the problem has to do with HHD...
It deleted the items I had unlocked with the HHD link! and since I already linked it, after deleting the catalog, I can't get it back! In the Legal Order!

3. Add a function to lock the link or HDD content so that it can be unlocked again in such cases.

I don't know if it's possible but I'd like to change the time of sunrise or sunset (for example sunset at 7 or 8 p.m. with lights that turn on at that time). I'd also like to know if the spawning month and hour for bugs and fish could be changed. At last I'd like lo have the possibility to change event dates (ex. having fireworks show in June). Is there a way to do these things?

I don't think that's possible with simple save editing, that would require ROM editing.

A lot of similar features are included in https://github.com/Slattz/ACNL_REditor but I think development on that has stopped.

No. All pattern PWPs (signs, standess, etc.) behave exactly the same. The building list has information about X,Y info for every building. Additional info like the pattern used is stored somewhere else (it should be easy to find it though). That info is probably tied to the PWP coordinates. That's why moving them resets them to the first pattern of custom PWPs.

I guess it may be a good idea to disable moving these kind of PWPs until we manage to find how they really work.

hi! does anyone here have a flag guide? i have no idea how to use flags. i found a guide on this thread but it seems to be outdated. its mostly for customised furniture since i wanna customise a bunch of things without waiting so long.

It's been awhile since I've used the editor but I remember a while back being able to add a fourth bridge to my town by converting an existing PWP, such as a bench, to a bridge. However when I tried to do something similar recently to my new save file I'm unable to. The list of bridges when I go to convert a PWP is greyed out and I can't select them. I tried searching the thread for an answer but I couldn't find anything helpful. Was this option removed for some reason? Would anyone know of another method to add a fourth bridge? Thanks

(EDIT - Nevermind, I was able to add it just fine using NLSE)
