Yeah it's rare, but imo, the series is uninteresting.

I feel the same about the campus set. I feel like the less-rare DLC is a lot more interesting. My favorite is the leaf bed.

Funny thing is, they call the 7-11 items "24-hour store" items in the english games. Guess it has something to do with company agreements not being the same across countries or something like that.

Yeah I just cataloged it because 99k for that andjapanese DLC was too sweet to pass up. Other than that, it doesn't scream amazing to me.
Heck the only sets I'm interested are
Golden (Almost done)
Ice Series (Can't wait for a seller or winter)
Polka dot series (Can make it entirely gold)
Modern series (Made it completely silver)
Lovely Series (I love rubies)
Blue and green series (Love gem furniture. XD)
Modern wood (I just like it for some reason XD)
Rococo and Regal seires (Dat european style, LOVE IT)
Pretty much it... XD

That is a nice price, I got all the DLC when it wasn't so widespread among english players so I had to pay huge amounts of bells for singular items, and like 250k on gamefaqs just to catalog the campus set! Good to see prices calming down somewhat...
