X # of day many need to past
other things in may need to get an upgrade 1st
other things might need to be built 1st

there may be some others things as well

Ah yes, I see now. Bit of a technical problem though as I am hoping to make a large perfect fruit farm; I would need to get rid of them to make way for buildings

Yup, it's worth checking on GameFAQ's New Leaf online/trading board just for this purpose, that's what I used to do in Wild World on the DS.
