Hacking Animal crossing freezing

I just played my backup of animal crossing lets go to the city twice on my softmodded 4.0 and its froze each time, moment after i begin playing
im using sd/usb loader 1.5 and it seems to be fine with every other game ive played?

any ideas?

Don't know. I didn't investigate the problem further because I didn't like the game.

my animal Crossing City folk for nitendo Wii has frozen when i come out of my house the guy pops up and that is as far as i can go . i have bought a second hand one and it does the same thing anybody know how i can fix this ????? Please i am in Desperate need to get it going again i have been playing this for 7 years and have come a long way and don;t want to start over ???

    Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

    @BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

    You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
