Guys, since I have the problem that my theme's bgm won't play, I change the program from Themely to Anemone, but the problem got worse :(

What happened is, I installed the Anemone and launch it, it crashes when I just scroll down to find my theme. so I remove all theme but the one I made, it crashes again after installing my theme. and it somehow installed but hasn't changed that my theme's bgm is still not playing.

I did remove Themely and change my theme to basic(which isn't white) also deleted the region folder from my SD card but the problem never gets better. What should I do?

Maybe that's because I just put only cia file of Anemone into the SD card and install using FBI? there's some files in the Anemone.zip but I don't know what to do with those.

@TurdPooCharger I already changed my nintendo's region and that was not the cause.

The cause I figured it out is that I put zip file into the themes folder. I did that and nothing has been wrong when I use Themely but I guess not with anemone.

You install Anemone using the CIA file

Yeah I mean I installed cia file on fbi.

Copy all your stuff to a computer, reformat your SD card in FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size with Windows or guiformat, and while it's empty, check that it's not fake or faulty using a Full Write + Verify Test in H2testw. Delete the *.h2w test files and put your stuff back on if it passes. If at any moment an error was reported, stop the test and replace your non-fixable, failed card and repeat the formatting and testing until you have a known good SD card.

Make sure you're using the latest Luma3DS v9.1, boot9strap v1.3, and GodMode9 v1.7.1 on both your SD card and CTRNAND: Updating B9S
If you have Luma3DS v7.0.5 or older (arm9loaderhax): A9LH to B9S

Use the default Luma3DS configuration settings like this:
luma_config.png

Delete your HOME Menu theme extdata folder and shuffle install the basic color themes to rebuild it.
  • Nintendo 3DS/<ID0>/<ID1>/extdata/00000000/000002cx
  • Depending which region your 3DS is, 000002cx will be:
    • JPN = 000002cc
    • USA = 000002cd
    • EUR = 000002ce
    • CHN / TWN / KOR do not have themes
  • Extdata information from:

Using the latest Anemone3DS v2.1.0 Beta, try installing themes again.

I did everything you said, but Anemone still crashes when I put themes so I removed half of my themes and the crash is gone. Maybe there's a limit of theme's amount or something, Anyway thanks for the very specific answer. I wanted to update b9s but didn't know how to do it but you came here and let me know it. It is always nice that keep the cfw latest version.

You can use zip files with Anemone also
Well, from what I've seen Anemone can't read some of the zip files of my themes. (Not all, just a few.)

I get this error when i try and install 10 shuffle themes in 1 go, if i install just 6 or 7 then i dont get a system crash. Also i have noticed when i try and preview a theme the 2ds freezes on the theme and have to hard reboot the 2ds??
