I would like to modify the frameworks on my Pixel XL that is running Android 8.1, but I can not figure out exactly how to do so.
From what I can tell I need to edit /system/framework/oat/arm64/services.[art|odex|vdex] in order to change the services framework, but I can not figure that out. I tried to use baksmali but that seems to not work with Android 8.1 and there is not that much info on this that is for the latest version and not Xposed.
Once I figure out how to edit these, it should be fairly easy to replace them with Magisk at least. I think I would just need to repack them all into a module and install that, which is not a huge issue.
