Analog sticks not reaching full range

I just got my Vita (2000), and unfortunately, it has stick problems. Using the Vita Hardware Test homebrew, the left stick doesn't reach 0 when pushed up; it goes to around 40, and the right stick goes to 220 down. Is there a way to remap the range, like on the PSP?

I've tried using compressed air, but it didn't change anything. I know I'll need to replace them at some point, but I was hoping for a short-term solution.
