Hacking An exception ocurred arm 9 data abort when entering to FBI Titles

I moved a cia of pokemon ultra sun to my new3dsxl but since then every time i enter to FBI titles the console shows that message. Any help, please ?

Use the system settings data management to check for corrupted titles. They'll be displayed with a "?" and 0 blocks. If there are none, reinstall FBI, and go to "delete pending titles"..... What do you mean by you moved the .cia? Putting a file on your SD card (specifically an archive install package . CIA) will have absolutely no relationship with FBI or it's ability to populate your already installed titles.

and i meant that i moved the .cia file from my computer to my 3ds, and thought that maybe by doing that something happened and thats why my fbi titles didnt work.

Unless your SD card is dying, then there is no correlation. Your installed titles populate and play correctly on the home menu yes? If so, it seems to be an issue as stated or an FBI issue itself.

i found the corrupted file but it's not letting me delete it. What should i do?
