Hacking An exception occurred Processor: Arm11 (code 0) Exception type: data abort Fault status: Translat

Hi,
I've a New 3DS JPN (Sys 11.13.0-45J) still in japanase region (japanese menu) with Luma3DS v10.2.1, not connected to Internet.
When I try to launch an EUR game (installed with FBI) I get this error (this is a partial text from the error):
"An exception occurred
Processor: Arm11 (code 0)
Exception type: data abort
Fault status: Translation - Section"

The game is working well on my other 3DS JPN (USA region, Sys 11.13.0-45U), so the problem is not from the CIA file.

What I've tried:
- With and without "Enable game patching" on Luma3DS (Power ON + SELECT menu).
- With and without "Disable Arm11 exception handlers" on Luma3DS (Power ON + SELECT menu).
- Changed the region of the game with "LumaLocaleSwitcher-0.04"
- Deleted /Nintendo 3DS/(32 Character ID)/(32 Character ID)/extdata/00000000/00000082 folder
- Removed the battery and put it back

What should I do?

EDIT: If a put an EUR game in the slot of my new 3DS, I can launch if without problem and the language is in english.
