Hacking An exception Occureed

hi . i install CFW from https://3ds.guide/ my defautl firmware is japense version 5

i success install everything and install freeshop . Afterthat i test download Mario 3D Land for play . it work fine.

so i try to download game at freeshop again. at the time of downloading around 6 games . it suddenly show an exception occured.

and i try open homebrew launcher loader v1.3 yellows8 from the screen . it aslo show an exception occured.

so.
1) does it has any software for test that did i missing some installation of CFW. i really worried .
2) do i have reinstall CFW again. if i have to reinstall CFW again. so what firmware version i have to select this time. because now i change region into USA and firmware at machine now version SYS 11.6.0-39U
