Hey, so I’m trying to play Mario Kart off my cartridge and this error pops up:
An error occurred (ErrDisp)
Error type: generic
Process ID: 38
Process name: MarioKar
Process title ID: 0x0004000000030800
Address: 0x003257ec
Error code: 0xe0a01839


Also, when I try to play my Smash Bros physical copy, the 3DS just goes black and freezes... What can I do?

Maybe I should mention that I have an Old 3DS that is not updated to the latest firmware?

Hello.

Is your 3DS modded(have a Custom Firmware on it please ?

And maybe your 3DS Firmware is too low (depends on what Version your are currently.)

I do not know if this will work but when I got this error on Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate I blew on the cartridge slot it seemed to fix it I hope this helps
