Hacking An error has occured on unsigned CIAs?

I am a noob when it comes to these things but I can't seem to work Smash Bros and Harvest Moon converted from .3ds..

I am using 4.1 and using the correct region. But I converted those games myself so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Does this have anything to do with my FW?

So far I have successfully got to work Phoenix Wright Dual Destinies and Mario Kart 7 only.

Those games use the newer encryption. They won't work on 4.X CFW.
