I accidently updated to 11.3 and if I restore my NAND backup (keeping A9LH), will everything I have be there? I will use TikShop to install all the tickets.

No need to go back? 11.3 payloads exist for HBL
Also if you installed that stuff on your previous nand backups, it will remain, anything you install on 11.3 and then revert will disappear

You can always reinstall
But as I said, why do you want off of 11.3? There's no point at the moment, everything you'd want works now on it, except gateway, but who uses gateway anymore? Crazy people. lol
