Hacking Am I completely bricked?

I've tried searching around for an answer here but can't find anything that matches my situation, so here it goes:

I modded my Wii a while back and stopped using it. I don't remember exactly the method I used but I'm pretty sure it was just the letterbomb method. Everything was working fine with it before I put it away. I recently pulled it back out to start using and the System Menu would no longer boot. I tried as much as I could safely think to try but nothing seemed to work. In a terribly desperate bid, I tried to reinstall the System Menu as a WAD using NUS Downloader but something went wrong. I think I ended up saving an empty WAD file instead of setting up the save data first then downloading to create the WAD. So now, my Wii powers on but nothing loads up. I'd have assumed that it was done for but I read that if the disc tray lights flash twice after the initial flash, I may have bootmii installed as boot2 and all may not be lost. I still have the original contents of the SD card I used and there is a bootmii folder in. I tried changing the config file to boot to the homebrew channel instead but I can't get anything to work. Is there any chance of repair or is it time to give up?

Did you make a NAND backup that's still on that SD card by any chance? If you have bootMii as boot2 and the backup you're still alive.

I don't remember if I did back then or not. Where would it be stored?

If it helps, here is the root of the SD card. Not sure why those two bootmii folders have the extra parenthesis at the end but that's how it was.

Also, if you had priiloader installed, you can boot into it by turning on the console while pressing the reset button, I believe you can restore your wii with it.

I believe I had priiloader but I have tried that boot method a bunch and it doesn't work.

An update:

I can load to bootmii now. If I try to select either the Wii Menu or the Homebrew Channel, nothing happens. I made a NAND backup now (I do not have one from before the brick) but when I check the information section, it says that my SYSMENU is unknown.
Is there any way I can reinstall the System Menu through bootmii or run a WAD manager to do it? Or is there some reason that HBC isn't working or a way to get it back up and running? It was working before I corrupted the System Menu.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

When I boot up with it I get the following text:

cBoot2 DOL loader v16

IOS Version 36 v16 0x00240010
IOS successfully loaded.

And that's all. I can't seem to do anything else with this.

I've also tried using ModMii to rebuild a hackpack. I get everything built and it tells me to run bootmini.elf to reinstall the HBC but when I run that file, I just get a green and static page and nothing happens.

I have really forgotten all this stuff but if you can access bootmii you should be able to restore a clean nand. You should be able to view your extracted nand in ShowMiiNand (or ShowMiiWads) iirc, download and install the system menu using that app and then restore it to the sysnand (providing you also have the keys). Search also for restore nand to wii from bootmii in google.

It's all good! ShowMiiWads didn't seem to be working right or maybe I was using it wrong but it led me to ohneschwanzenegger which was able to repair my nand! All is working great now, thanks everyone!
