Hacking ALWAYS unable to connect to the server????

I FINALLY MANAGED to connect to the net using WEP but now i constantly get this msg when its gonna update:

Unable to conect to the server. Please try again later

error code:034301

This is i want to connect to the DSI shop and update my DSI

to get my 1000 free points

Ah, okay. Sadly, I don't own a DSi, so I wouldn't be experienced with the error...

Have you tried contacting Nintendo and looking under their support page/forums for such error?
