Hacking Alternative to WBFS manager?

When I install WBFS manager I get this after a while:

I'm pretty sure the problem is with .net framework 3.5 sp1 since that won't install on its own either..it keeps on crashing.

So are there any alternative programs that basically do the same thing as WBFS manager? Oh, I'm on Vista btw

Try to install Micro$oft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 without WBFS Manager, after that try to install WBFS Manager again.
I don't know if an alternative exist.

Wii Game Manager or Wii Backup Manager are two great (and even better than wbfs manager) alternatives

Problem solved

I used wii backup manager.. while it was copying the iso I tried installing .net framework again. This time I checked the "Send installation feedback to Microsoft" box and o_____________O it worked all of a sudden.
