ROM Hack Alternative to savedatafiler?

Hi guys, I'm about to swap my faulty NN3DSXL over at a shop, and I'm naturally going to back up my save files. However, the last time I used savedatafiler a few games (Ace Combat, MM3D) didn't make the transfer and returned errors when trying to restore them.

Is there a trick to SDF? An alternative that is a bit more reliable?

Well, you could use SVDT

agreed.
with latest ninjhax 2.7 (not formal version, forked version), svdt can read those 9.6-crypto titles, which is savedatafiler (maybe another tool also, i don't remember its name) exclusive function. SVDT also has its own advantages, like auto-de-secure-value.

There's CFW. I installed RXTools without the need of homebrew.
