not really, since nintendo made changes to their cdn, leaving it to be harder to accomplish what programs of that sort did

Yes you need to download the cia on your pc or phone and transfer it via ftp and install with fbi on an hacked 3ds nice necro bump btw ...just google it next time.

Why transfer it by ftp when you can just put your sd card into your pc or phone. Using ftp to transfer large cia files takes forever.

Unless you are referring to Faketik which creates non legit tickets when the ticket database is corrupt. deleted. or missing.

Faketik will not allow you to redownload something from nintys servers which you never purchased or got before hand mind you. That was long since fixed.
