ROM Hack AKB48+Me .bin with AKB48 miis

I went looking around in the files and found two bins. One with the AKB48 kennkyuusei (members in training basically) and the members. They seem to share some sort of format as Mii Maker does with miis.
If anyone could see anything they recognize with the files please tell me.

Yes. They are from the japanese game AKB48+Me.
