I've upgraded dsi 1.4 fix with my old acekard, and then my question is do i need another DSIfix upgrade for this new acekard??

No you don't need to upgrade if your Acekard 2i works just fine. The fix is ONLY if you plan to update to DSi firmware 1.4.

This is great that akaio v1.5 has been released , but I found if you hold down A or X to turn off the new DMA mode to run Saga 2: Hihou Densetsu - Goddess of Destiny, there are only white blank frames and cannot run .
However, if you play it normally , you cannot save the game.....indeed my initial save has been broken with this.

I've installed akaio 1.5 about 30 minutes ago and have tested this stuff:

Chrono Trigger (U) - works fine
Etrian Odyssey (E) - works fine
Hotel Dusk - Room 215 (E) - works fine
Metal Slug 7 (U) - still a good bit of slowdown, no improvement since 1.4.1
Scribblenauts (U) - works fine
Portrait of Ruin (U) - tested for about 15 mins, and no freeze yet

lameboy, nesDS - both work fine

I'm running with cheats/dl play/soft reset set on disabled. I have noticed, loading times were slightly longer than before.

I really love the addition of the removal of SLOT 2 when in DSi mode. Is it available in ordinary DS? Yes? I didnt read the READ_ME properly? Perhaps I didnt read it properly.I have a DS lite and the slot-2 option is there.

Patched roms might work, but you should use clean if possible.

What did you update? 1.5 is a full release, which means you have to remove the previous version all together, then copy over the new files.

Why do people think that the patches are better than the AKAIO fixes they definately arent, especially pokemon AKAIO is the only team to patch it properly as far as i know none of the public patches fix it 100% akaio does

i downloaded the ak2loader.nds file from the AKAIO site... then replaced the same file in the loaders as it said on the download page

That's what I thought you did. Hover the new loaders are incompatible with akaio 1.4.1, so you have to remove 1.4.1 altogether, then install 1.5.

Honestly I don't even care about pokemon I'm really more waiting for the English version.

Lmao I didn't even download the Pokemon game yet... I will wait until the english version comes out too or a decent good translation comes out that makes the game 3/4 english at least.
