you can optimize your sd to make it even faster with the much mentioned, highly endorsed panasonic sd formatter, too
 
Thanks!, but i got a question. I think i remember that you could add new official releases to it but i dont know how to do that. You add it in the ak2loader? How? do i add the __ak2 folder and akmenu3.nds in there? or just the content of the __ak2 folder?

on the ak2 only...

you can add the official ak nds firmware file (which contains the loader) to the ak2 loader folder in akaio. then in the properties setting of the rom you can select the alternative loader. you can name your loaders anything to help keep it organized and to have more than 1 loader in there.
