Hacking AK2 or EDGE?

which should i get? i got 40 bucks to spend, want a new card.

they both are the same price from my store, and both have no cons (that I'm worried about, at least).

I would go with the AceKard 2. I can't say I am a huge fan of the EDGE, other than it's box. What store are you ordering from?

I would go with that as well. If you do get an AK2, get the AKAIO firmware.

If you want durability but don't care as much about features, get the EDGE. If you can sacrifice build quality for a few more features, then get the Acekard2.

They are both cheaper or cloned versions of other cards (AKRPG or CycloDS) I like the way you can list alphabetically on Edge and that its marginally more sturdy. There are more features (which I dont use) with AK2 but I prefer my Edge. Not a lot in it, and you shouldnt spend anywhere near 40 dollars on it!

I don't know about build quality, I just got my EDGE card and the label is pretty cheap, it's printed on plain paper and glued on the cart.

One more thing, you should search for a site that sells the AceKard 2.1 at a cheaper price. Then price match it too gamersection.ca

They would accept price matching...
