Hello,

i have just updated my wifi scanner AirScan. It is quite handy to find open access points when travelling for example.

The new version supports AP timeouts so you can walk without cluttering the list too much.

So it can detect WPA protected signals....anybody think there's a way to make a custom firmware for the NDSL to connect/support WPA/WPA-2 TKIP/AES? When I asked Nintendo, they said they felt WEP was secure enough. HA!

I think (not sure) every game includes the WiFi stack in its code. So basically they could maybe add WPA support in new games by updating the SDK.
