Hacking After wait for 1 month, DX tell me to wait another month?

I bought an item from Deal Extreme. I wait it arrive over 1 month but nothing arrive from Deal Extreme! I ask for assistant on DX but they tell me to wait for another month, WTF!? I ask them but they accuse H.K. post office is the root cause! I don't believe it because I bought many items from other H.K. sellers around the same time as this item shipping date but all of them are arrived.

I don't think DX is a good shop. They have many cheap items but totally fail on customer service and handle shipping.

Anyone have experience like me? I don't want to wait anymore. I want my money back but Paypal is past 30 claim money back. Please suggest me for how to get my money from them.

I had a problem like it, the moment I reported it I got a refund, they really do make their job, just do yours.

well they lost a package of mine that i ordered 2 months ago. still waiting for a replacement but i think it's going to take a while cause it's sold out @ dx..
