i just bought a new psp 3000. can i play the games i have downloaded or i just make a terrible mistake and should had buy an older version. also i want to play some ps1 games. if i can play them which is the best ps1 emulator for my new psp

PSP 3000 is unhackable above firmware 5.03. If you don't have this firmware (which I doubt you do) then your psp cannot run CFW and therefore cannot run:-
- PSP Games in ISO form
- Homebrew Games
- PS1 games converted to Eboot form for PSP
Sorry, check your firmware version. If its 5.03 or lower then we can talk about hacking.
