Adrenaline Bubble Manager : graphic filtering resetting each time I launch new games

Hello, I use Bubble Manager to create PSX/PSP icons and play them directly through LiveArea, however for some reason the graphic filtering (Sharp Bilinear) keeps resetting each time I launch a new game, so I have to manually change it. It seems to save the configuration once you set it for a game, but not for a new game that you never launch before.

I would like to know if there's a fix. Thank.
