Hacking Add games as wbfs files to fat partition from within loader

So I already have a lot of games burned to disc.
But now I want to play them through an usb-loader, one with fat support. So obviously I'll have to transfer the games.
I know how to turn an ISO on my computer into wbfs files. But what about burned discs? Is there a loader that can do that?

Cfg loader can do that. And i think gx can too.
Which are the only two loaders that support .wbfs files on fat at this time.
